2. Solvent Deoiling Process:

This method involves heating and melting the wax, then gradually cooling it while adding a ketone-benzene solvent. The solvent selectively dissolves the oil without affecting the wax.

The solution is then frozen and crystallized using a tube crystallizer, and filtered to separate the solvent and oil, resulting in high-purity wax.

3. Spray Deoiling Process:

The raw materials are first heated and melted, then sprayed into a low-temperature spray tower using a nozzle to form fine wax spheres.
