The cooling and crystallization process of the raw solution of the solvent dewaxing unit is completed in the horizontal sleeve crystallizer. The raw solution gradually cools down and forms wax crystals while flowing forward along the tube with a rotating scraper inside. The scraper is used to prevent the wax from adhering to the tube wall, so as to avoid reducing the heat transfer efficiency and increasing the pressure drop of the solution transportation.
